CESI expert Richard E. Daniels, P.E. was part of the team in a recent construction liability settlement of $6.5M.

It was also determined that the steel fabricator / installer defendant violated their contract with the general contractor and was a cause or significant factor in the accident.  This was in part, because the defendant failed to ensure that the applicable site safety plan addressed safe work operations under all conditions of work, and the defendant failed to effectively supervise the work of its subcontractor, the crane operator.
