In order to adhere to national and local standards a proper pretreatment program must be developed and implemented. Our staff has extensive experience in the development and implementation of Federal Industrial Pretreatment Programs including permitting of users, ordinance development, and assistance with enforcement actions.
Plants are monitored on many different levels. Our staff has been involved with assisting clients in dealing with regulatory enforcement actions that range from notice of violation letters to negotiation of Consent Orders.
Our licensed experts have extensive field experience in operation of both water and wastewater treatment facilities. This includes both the startup of new facilities along with the day-to-day operations.
Our staff has been involved with process safety management at water and wastewater facilities. This work included performing risk management analysis for treatment systems such as anaerobic digestion and chlorine disinfection to improve overall system safety and minimize the potential for accidents or other safety related issues.
Our licensed engineers have experience with design and operation of various on-site treatment systems for both residential and industrial septic facilities.
Our staff has been involved in all aspects of design of sanitary sewer collection systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural disciplines. This includes pumping stations and their associated force mains for municipal and industrial facilities. We have experience in the operation and maintenance of these systems as well as extensive experience with rehabilitation of older systems.
Our experts have been involved in all aspects of design of treatment facilities including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural disciplines as well as water mains and force mains for municipal and industrial facilities. In addition, our experts have experience with process design and the capabilities of unit processes found at water and wastewater treatment facilities. We can also analyze the capabilities of existing treatment processes and are knowledgeable of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting.
