Roger L. Boyell, P.E., has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree, Master of Science degree in Applied Science, as well as Masters of Business Administration degree, with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace/defense industry.

Prior to working with Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc. Mr. Boyell was employed with Bendix Radio Division in Maryland; Sperry Gyroscope Company in New York; Pennsylvania Research Associates in Pennsylvania; RCA Corporation, Aerospace & Defense Group in New Jersey; and Computer Sciences Corporation, Integrated Systems Division in New Jersey.

At Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc. Mr. Boyell has evaluated electrical equipment and appliances which can be responsible for fires and electrical shocks; electrical and electronic controls; electromechanical interlocks for equipment applications including machine guarding. Mr. Boyell also evaluates automotive electronics, electronic security systems, radar/sonar/lidar systems, and wireless telephones, as well as the evaluation of radio transmission, audio and video recording, and electronic circuitry.

Mr. Boyell is licensed as a Professional Engineer in New Jersey and is a Diplomat of the American College of Forensic Engineers and a Fellow of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers.
