Larry A. Konefsky, Construction Specialist

Larry A. Konefsky is a Certified General Contractor and Construction Specialist with a Bachelor degree in Building Construction and over 35 years of construction experience. Prior to joining consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc., Mr. Konefsky was employed as a project manager, superintendant, and construction manager on projects in Florida, Texas, California, Virginia, and Maryland.
His experience includes the construction of high and low rise condominiums, custom residential properties, and tract homes where he was responsible for the coordination and management of architects, engineers, mechanical contractors, subcontractors and construction site safety. Specific projects also included the construction of two golf courses, 18 tennis courts, a water and waste water treatment plant.

In Florida, California and Texas, Mr. Konefsky was the owner and principal of construction companies which included the construction of high end custom homes and real estate site development.

At Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Mr. Konefsky evaluates construction safety, accidents, claims, defects, scheduling delays, contracts disputes and subcontractor responsibilities. In addition, he evaluates roofs, construction materials, exterior systems and finishes, interior finishes, walkway surfaces, windows, and doors. Mr. Konefsky is licensed as a professional certified general contractor in the State of Florida where he evaluates 558 Statute matters and as a professional general building contractor in the State of California.
