CESI Paul Goldberg is a Speaker at NJAJ Boardwalk Conference

Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc. president, Paul K. Goldberg, P.E. was a presenter at the recent New Jersey Association for Justice Boardwalk Conference.   Mr. Goldberg spoke at the Wednesday, April 17, 2013 seminar titled “Accident Reconstruction and Internet Discovery for Attorneys and Law Enforcement Officers.”  Mr. Goldberg spoke on the topic “Evaluation of Broken Components in Auto Accidents.”

Goldberg, P.E., President and CEO of Consulting Engineers and Scientists, Inc., is a Metallurgical Engineering with over fifty years of engineering experience.  In his presentation, Mr. Goldberg discussed the importance of determining how and why components involved in automobile and trucking accidents fail and if that failure is the cause or the result of the accident.

He discussed three actual cases and explained how the vehicle componenet failed and how the engineer made that determination.

At Consulting Engineers & Scientists, Inc., Mr. Goldberg has performed failure analyses in cases involving bridges, buildings, cranes, and tower collapses and on matters involving aviation, automotive, and marine equipment failures, pressure vessel explosions, chain and cable failures, bicycles, ladders, hand tools, and chair failures as well as medical devices ranging from pedicle screws to bone plates and artificial joints.
